I think I need a bigger tub of relfex instant whey
January 30, 2009 5:50 am SportsPlease help even if you think this is a no brainer; I know it may sound stupid.I do weights for approximately 40 mins followed by 20 mins aerobic.A number of people in the gym take a protein/carb supplement during training.Something like Gatorade recommends the 6% solution rule but only has carbs whereas Viper has carbs and BCAAs.What would you recommend for a during training drink - I was thinking of something like 15g of Reflex Instant Whey and 15g of glucose in 500ml water. Should I increase this amount or decrease it??Any thoughts much appreciated. Happy New Year to all and sundry
