If you are a beginner investor, it may be challenging to figure out how to open a stock account. As there are so many stock words you might not be familiar with, it can all be a little scary. Now that you can do everything online though, you might not even have to speak to a real person. All you have to do is pick one of the dozen stock brokers that are online, fill out all your information, and then send them the money to fund your account either by check or via a wire transfer. You might get a call from someone at the brokerage who will ask you a few questions so that they can serve you better. All in all, it is not hard at all.
