I have the best boss, he is willing to send me to any training I request, as long as I can show how it is useful to the company. In previous jobs I always had a hard time getting permission to miss work to attend trainings, and getting the company to pay for relevant training. I am so happy it is different at this job. I am going to attend Business Objects training next week, which should be very useful since we are planning to get Business Objects software for our company, and only a few people have experience with it.
